Anemone

Although it’s winter, I can feel spring coming. I didn’t have them in mind particularly, but when I perused my clay supply the purples and yellows seemed to jump out of the box at me. I created very pretty anemone-like blossoms using several shades of lavender and purple, most with yellow centers. I affixed the blossoms to rhomboid beads with teardrop openings in three colors — lavender, pale lavender, and pale lemon. Pearl clay gives the lavenders a bit of a sheen.
